Instructions
Roughly chop onions and bell pepper
Add a little oil to large cast iron pan over medium high heat
When pan is hot, add sausage, onion, and bell pepper to the pan, mixing frequently
While sausage cooks, scramble eggs
When sausage is nearly cooked, start heating second pan with some butter or oil
Add eggs to second pan, stiring to prevent burning
When eggs and sausage are both fully cooked, assemble burrito bowls with your favorite toppings
